■虚拟条件句中运
1 现事实相反：条件句谓语动词般式(be般were) 句谓语would should could might +动词原形：
If I were you I would never do that 果决做件事
If it weren’t for (But for) your help I would still be homeless 帮忙现家
If I had more money I would buy a car 点钱买汽车
注：口语中第三称was：
If I was(were) rich I would buy a car 钱买汽车
2 事实相反：条件句中谓语般式者were to should＋动词原形句谓语would should could might +动词原形：
If it rainedshould rainwere to rain tomorrow I would not go there 明天雨里
3 事实相反：条件句谓语动词完成式句谓语would should could might + have +分词：
If he had taken my advice he might not have made such a bad mistake 初听劝告会犯严重错误
If it hadn’t been for Margaret I might not have understood 玛格丽特明白
注：虚拟条件句中were should had时省略ifwere should had移语前：
Were I you I would never do that
Should it rain tomorrow I wouldn’t go there
Had it not been for Margaret I might not have understood
■错综时间虚拟条件句中运
虚拟条件句句谓动词发生时间时致注意句谓语动词形式：
If you’d listened to me you wouldn’t be in such trouble now 果初听话现会样麻烦
■含蓄虚拟条件句中运
时句出现虚拟条件句without with but for() 等介词短语者but or otherwise等副词连词者定式分词短语等表示虚拟条件：
But for (if it had not been for ) your help I wouldn’t have been successful 没帮助会成功
I was so busy then otherwise I would have helped him 时忙然会帮助
We couldn’t have finished it without Mary 果没玛丽时完成工作
To hear him talk (If you could hear him talk…) you’d think he was Prime Minister 听讲话会首相
Given more time I could have done it better 点时间会做更
■wish if only as if would rather等句中
句谓语动词形式：现事实相反般式(动词be律were) 事实相反完成式：
I wish it were spring here all the year round 愿里四季春
I wish I hadn’t wasted so much time 愿初该浪费时间
If only she would go with me 愿意道
If only I had listened to my parents 听父母话
Li Ming speaks English as if he were an American 李明说英语美国
I would rather he came tomorrow 宁愿明天
I’d rather he hadn’t told me about it 宁愿没告诉事
注：as ifas though引导句事实必虚拟语气：
It looks as if it is going to rain 起雨样子
■ as ifas though引导句中
He speaks English as though he were an American 说英语美国差
■It’s time that…that句谓语动词
It is time that we got ready for the final examination 该期末考试做准备时候
