I'm delighted you accepted our invitation to speak at the Weekend Conference at the threestar Hotel du Lac on Saturday 23 May Here are some details of the conference
First it is about lecturing schedule All the speakers will give theirs lectures on Saturday 23 May As we agreed Mr Santini will be speaking 9001030 Thomas Brinlemann will be lecturing from 1100 to 1230 Tanet Hennessy will be speaking from 1400 to 1530 Madeleine Tennant will be lecturing 1600730
Second it is about your accommodation We've booked you a nice room with a balcony overlooking the lake There's a marvellous view of the mountain when the weather is clear
Third it is about instructions on how to get to the hotel from the airport or station When you arrive at the Airport get a rail ticket to A_ and take the train that goes to the Main Station Change there to a local train going to D_(platform 14 every half hour) A_ is the 7th stop The Hotel du Lac is right opposite the station The journey takes about one hour
I'm very pleased to tell you that there will now be about 70 delegates
