 课题 Unit 2 Lesson 12 一、教学分析 内容 分析 本课以风趣幽默的小故事,以小动物们给希望工程的孩子们捐书的故事为场景,复现本单元目标语言。让学生整体上感知、模仿、学习和体验本单元所学语言,最终使学生能够在真实的生活情境中运用相关语言知识进行交际。 学情 分析 四年级的学生经过一、二年级的《快乐英语》学习和三年级的一年积累,已经具备了一定的学习基础,具有一定的英语表达能力,他们的特点可以总结为:好奇、好动、善模仿、好表演,对英语的学习兴趣浓,但注意的时间不能持久,因此,需要具体、形象的教学材料及灵活多样的教学方法来引导他们的学习。 二、目标设置 教学 目标 语言 知识 1.能够听、说、认读并合理运用本单元的三会单词twenty-one至twenty-nine, thirty至one hundred。 2.能够听、说、读、写本单元的四会单词eleven, twelve, boy, girl, student, school, bag, book, pen, pencil,并能在四线格中规范书写。 3.能够听、说、认读本单元句子How many students are there in your class? Twenty-nine. How many bags do you have? We have seventy bags. 语言 技能 1.能够听懂、掌握本单元的四会、三会单词,并能在真实情景中初步运用这些词语。 2.能够听懂、会说本单元的会话,并能在真实的情景中初步运用这些语言。 3.能够在真实语境中通过询问他人获得人数和物品的数量等信息。 情感态度 1.能够学会基本的自主学习方法。 2.能够初步形成与同伴合作学习的意识。 3.积极、快乐地学习英语,培养学习英语的兴趣和学好英语的信心。 4.培养乐于助人的好品质。 学习策略 1.通过真实情景教学会话进行简单交流。 2.将重点句型放在日常生活情境中,引发学习兴趣。 3.通过各种游戏活动能够在生活情境中初步运用这些功能语句进行交际。 文化意识 初步了解英语基数词的表达方法。 教学重难点 教学重点:能够听、说、读、写本单元四会单词并能在真实情景和现实生活中初步运用这些单词进行日常交流。 教学难点:能够在真实情景和现实生活中初步运用本单元功能语句进行交际。 教学方法及手段 PPT、图片、实物、交际型教学。 三、教学过程(按Preparation-Presentation-Practice -Production-Summary & Homework流程) 教学过程 学生活动预设 教师活动预设 设计意图 时间 Step 1 Preparation/ Warm up/ Revision 1) Greetings 2) 听一首英文数字歌曲,边看视频,边跟着一起说数字,并用手势比划数字。 3) The students answer the question and then count from one to forty-nine. 4)头脑风暴:学生根据图片内容回答问题: 学生回答: Ten and ten is twenty. There are twenty students in the picture. 生答: Thirty! There are thirty girls in the picture. 生:Yes! 生问: What’s twelve and twelve? How many boys are there in the picture? 一名学生对其他同学提问,进行问答练习: How many bags are there in the pictures? There are ten bags in the picture. How many books are there in the pictures? There are seven books in the picture. How many pencils are there in the pictures? There are eight pencils in the picture. The students work in pairs to ask and answer. How many…? There are… 1) Greetings 2) Let’s sing Boys and girls, do you want to listen to an English song? Let’s sing the number song together, OK? 3) You sing very well. And next, let’s play a counting game. How many students are there in your class? (板书上呈现句型)Yes! Let’s count from one to forty-nine! 4)教师在PPT上呈现数字,并在数字旁边以图片的形式呈现本单元的四会单词,例如:Boys and girls, give me a quick answer please. What’s ten and ten? How many students are there in the picture? a. 10+10 b. 11+19 师问: What’s eleven and nineteen? How many girls are there in the picture? c. 12+12 师:Do you want to ask me some questions? 师答: Twelve and twelve is twenty-four. There are twenty-four boys in the picture. You all did a good job. d. Who can ask now? Please come to the front and ask your classmates. e.PPT上同时呈现:Now, boys and girls, please work in pairs to ask and answer. 歌曲导入,复习所学数字,活跃课堂气氛。 通过counting game的游戏,使全体学生都参与到课堂活动中,并对数字进行复习,活跃课堂氛围。 以数字和图片相结合的方式呈现,使学生从多方面去感知,复习本单元四会单词,操练句型。 教师在教学活动中先示范,学生模仿,教师起主导作用,确保学生是教学活动的主体,将本节课中的文具卡片奖励给学生,激励学生参与课堂活动,鼓励学生开口说英语。 生问师答,调动学生的参与热情,使学生更好地运用所学的句型。 这种形式最能激发学生的学习兴趣,也能让学生在练习中互相帮助,培养合作学习的精神。 组内练习,全员参与,使教学活动面向全体,培养合作学习的能力。 5′ Step 2 Presentation 1) Ss: Yes, we want to help children in need. 2) S1: I have two books. S2: I have four books. S3: I have three books. S4: I have five books. 学生齐答: We have fourteen books. 3)学生们扮演小记者,对其他组进行提问。 Ss: Yes, we are happy. 1) PPT上呈现灾区小朋友们校园被毁,在地上读书的图片。 Look at these children, their school has been destroyed, they want to study, and they need books. How many books do you have? Do you want to help children in need? 2)教师扮演记者,对一组学生进行提问:I’m a reporter. Now, I want to ask group one. How many books do you have? (分别对组内的每个同学进行提问。) How many books do you have altogether? (对整组进行提问。) Wow, you have many books. That’s great! 3) This time, who wants to be the reporter? Please come to the front and ask the other groups. Wow, we have so many books. And we can help many children, are you happy? 教师创设灾区儿童渴望读书的情景,培养学生的语用能力,引导学生能够在真实生活情景中运用这些功能语句进行交流。 教师示范,在教学活动中起主导作用,引导学生进行对话练习。 生生问答,把学生互动放在首要位置,符合新课程标准中以“学生为主体”的原则。 20′ Step 3 Practice 1) Yes! The students watch the fun story for one time. 2)学生们带着问题阅读fun story,并用英语填写数字。 3)学生们带着小动物的头饰,以模仿秀的形式将fun story表演出来。 1) The animals in animal school also want to help children in need. How many books do they have? Do you want to know? Let’s watch the story together. Wow! They have many books! 2) Do you want to know how many books do they have? Please read the story with these questions, and fill in the blanks. PPT上呈现fun story中的图片,并在每张图片的下边提出问题 The rabbit has ___ books. The duck has ___ books. The rooster has ___ books. They have ___ books altogether.(总共) 3) These animals are very nice, they often help children in need, do you want to act as them? Let’s have an imitation show! 创设动物学校的动物们捐书的情景,引入本课的fun story,过渡自然。 通过听录音看短文,带着问题阅读短文,培养学生们的阅读理解能力。 以模仿秀的形式表演对话,在玩中学,提高学生的学习兴趣,巩固所学语言知识,激发学生的成就感。 5′ Step 4 Production/ Language use 1) Yes! 学生们阅读新朋友的自我介绍,在了解新朋友的同时,看图在四线格上规范书写单词。 2)小组讨论:学生运用本单元句型创编捐赠对话,并进行表演。 3)小组内将本节课所得到的文具卡片累计。 1) Boys and girls, look at this girl, she’s our new friend, Lisa. Do you want to know her? PPT上呈现Lisa的自我介绍: My name is Lisa. I’m in Class One, Grade Four. There are forty _____ in our class. There are twelve ____ and twenty-two ____ in our class. I have many school things. I have a _____ and there are some ____ in it. I have three _____ and five ____ . Let’s check your answers together. (请学生拼写单词,对回答正确的学生给予粘贴奖励。) 2) The animals donate some books, but the children also need some other school things, for example: pens, pencils, rulers and so on, do you want to help them?
