Objectives: At the end of this session Reservations Sales associates will be able to know the proper procedure in applying noshow charges to guests or party responsible for the reservation in the event of not showing up on the day of arrival as booked

1 One night’s accommodation charge at the rate confirmed including service charge and tax will be charged to the guaranteed booking that does not arrive on the specified date
2 All reservation details will be thoroughly checked before applying a noshow charge The Director of Sales & Marketing will authorize noshow charges
